Refund Policy

Effective date: 6 March 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to BinBosh Premium subscriptions purchased through binbosh.co.uk.

2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the date of your initial subscription to cancel and receive a full refund.

  • To cancel within this period, go to Settings in the BinBosh app and use the “Cancel subscription & get full refund” option.
  • Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method via Stripe. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Upon cancellation with refund, premium features are removed immediately.

3. After the 14-Day Period

  • After 14 days, you can still cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Manage subscription.
  • Cancellation after 14 days takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain premium access until then.
  • No refund is issued for partial billing periods after the 14-day window.

4. Promotional & Free Subscriptions

If you subscribed using a promotional code that reduced your payment to £0, cancellation within 14 days will end your subscription but no refund is applicable as no payment was made.

5. Annual Subscriptions

The 14-day cooling-off period applies equally to monthly and annual subscriptions. If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days, the full annual amount is refunded.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method. BinBosh does not handle card details directly — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.

7. Exceptions

If your account is suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund.
